How to Place Order?
Once your order is processed (within 1-2 business days), you'll receive a tracking number via email. Orders typically take 7-15 business days to arrive, depending on your location. You can track your package using the provided tracking number. If you have any concerns about your order status, please contact our customer service team at contact@teetrende.com.
We want you to love your TeeTrende pieces! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@teetrende.com with your order number. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us immediately at contact@teetrende.com. After 24 hours, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. If you need to make changes after this time, you can return the items once received and place a new order.
We offer standard international shipping (7-15 business days) for all orders. Free shipping is available on orders over $75. Express shipping options may be available for select locations. All packages are tracked and insured. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
