At TeeTrende, we want you to love your activewear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our flexible return and exchange policy.
 

Return Window

  • 30 days from delivery date to initiate returns
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging preferred but not required

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@teetrende.com with your order number
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and address
  3. Package items securely for return shipping
  4. Customer pays return shipping costs
  5. Refund processed within 5-10 business days after receipt

Exchanges

  • Free size exchanges within 30 days
  • Color exchanges subject to availability
  • Customer pays return shipping; we pay exchange shipping
  • Contact us first to confirm availability

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Items without original tags
  • Items returned after 30-day window
  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”

Refund Method

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except defective items)
